What We Do
KAPPStructures was founded by John Kapps, a structural engineer who has a pending utility patent on a series of rigid, hardtail, and full-suspension bicycle, tricycle, and quadricycle frames, all of which can be easily disassembled to facilitate transport, whether that is to cover more rocky terrain while bikepacking; fit in a plane, train, automobile or boat while traveling the world; or significantly reduce the cost of manufacturing and shipping. In an attempt to revolutionize the cycling industry, he is in the process of building two prototypes - one featuring his rigid bike frame; the other featuring his full-suspension bike frame.
